Aberdeenshire Council put the focus firmly on Tennis

The ‘Andy Murray effect’ has been felt across Scotland thanks to the efforts of our world class tennis star. Aberdeenshire Council certainly weren’t about to be left behind when they financed the refurbishment of 3 separate public tennis courts sites across the region. In each project, Ecosse Sports successfully won the tender to restore these facilities at Newtonhill, Cooper Park in Huntly and Pinkie Road in Newmachar. The finished surface for each for site was painted porous macadam, with specific civils and fencing works required at each site and all carried out by Ecosse’s in-house operatives. Each site now provides a safe and attractive surface for community users to enjoy.
